  • Add your choice of chopped vegetables and cook briefly until softened.
  • Stir in the cooked rice and toor dal.
  • Add a small amount of water to adjust the consistency, along with salt, chili powder, Bisi Bele Bath powder, and tamarind pulp.
  • Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flavors meld and the dish is heated through.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and drizzle with ghee before serving.
